About Amy Gonet (Owner and Principal Consultant)
Having worked in corporate America, in small business and as an entrepreneur, Amy empathizes with your challenges and takes a vested interest in your success. With over a decade of experience in all aspects of workplace learning and performance, she provides the creative solutions that help your employees to be successful in their roles.
Prior to founding The Gonet Group, Amy crafted training and development programs for Cole National Corporation, a publicly held $1.2 billion specialty retail/health care organization with 15,000 employees, 2,000+ affiliated Doctors of Optometry, 400+ franchisees and 3,500+ North American locations. One of her many high-profile projects involved a 15-module, multi-media learning program that gained accreditation for continuing education credits from the American Board of Opticianry.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, is actively involved in several industry groups, and is a self-pronounced “learning junkie”.
